Police bust gang of thieves

The Fourth Town police took into custody three property offenders of an inter-State Pardi gang. The team led by Sub-Inspector of Police P. Madhu under the supervision of Circle Inspector of Police N. Yadaiah nabbed them when they were moving suspiciously in the surroundings of the court complex and seized one knife and three mobile phones from their possession here on Thursday. Presenting them before mediapersons here on Friday, Deputy SP D. Anand Kumar said that the gang headed by Raghbeer Singh, arrested on August 4, was involved in several property offences in the district headquarters town and also in Hyderabad and Cyberabad commissionerate areas.

The arrested were identified as Aakash Kale alias Akshay Kale, son of Raghbeer Singh and Babu Kale both are from Padegoan village in Aurangabad taluq and Ganga Gokul Seria of Muradpur village of Guna district in Madhya Pradesh. All belong to the Pardi community and are into balloons selling. They confessed to the crime.

Superintendent of Police P. Vishwa Prasad praised the efforts of the SI and CI and the other policemen in busting the gang.
