PGMET passes off peacefully in A.P., TS

The Post-Graduate Medical Entrance Test (PGMET)-2015 conducted by NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) passed off peacefully in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Sunday.

As against 13,442 students, who applied for the test, as many as 13,232 students appeared in 44 centres in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, said University Registrar S. Babulal here. The online test was conducted for making admissions to MD, MS and diploma courses for the academic year 2015-16 for seats in colleges affiliated to NTRUHS.

Staff allowed candidates into the examination halls only after checking them thoroughly. Mobile phones, wallets, pens and other articles were not allowed. The test was conducted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m..
