NIT to host seminar on nuclear tech.

As a part of diamond jubilee celebrations of the Department of Atomic Energy, the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai, is organising a seminar on ‘Nuclear technology: the technology having a long-term vision for India’ in conference hall of NIT Warangal on February 2.

Simultaneously, an exhibition on ‘BARC Technologies’ will be held in NIT auditorium on the same day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Open to students

The exhibition on BARC Technologies includes: poster gallery, interactive models, LCD displays, information kiosks and audio-visual presentations depicting applications of atomic energy. The exhibition is open to Class IV, X, Intermediate and engineering students, said Prof. G.V.S. Nageswara Rao, Dean (Research & Consultancy).
