New industrial policy soon, KCR tells Anil Ambani

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group chairman Anil Ambani called on Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao promising to invest in the new State.

Mr. Ambani called on Mr. Rao and said he would be happy to invest in power, infrastructure and media sector in the new State.

The Chief Minister told Mr. Ambani that his government would shortly come with new industrial policy. Once the policy was announced, the TRS government would hold another round of consultations with Mr. Ambani, he said.

The ADAG chief complimented Mr. Rao for achieving Telangana and recalled how his father late Dhirubhai Ambani rose to dizzy heights from modest background.

IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao and Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma were present.
