Koutala Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO) Ramesh Chandra Kulkarni on Monday performed the feat of remaining afloat in water for eight hours in an agricultural well near the mandal headquarter. His intention was to spread the message that concentration is essential to perform any kind of task. He told reporters that the message needed to percolate within the student community as it requires concentration to achieve targets.
