The 10-day mime workshop organised at NTPC-Ramagundam by the students of Bal Bhavan and members of Deepthi Mahila Samithi concluded on Thursday with a breathtaking performance that captivated the audience.

International mime artist Achin Goswami imparted the intricacies of the art. While children performed a drama on the theme ‘save me (save environment),’ women performed a drama about a statue. Earlier, Mr. Goswami showed the different styles of walking.

Performance lauded

NTPC general manager (O&M) U.K. Dasgupta appreciated the children’s performance as well as that of Mr. Goswami. Such programmes showcase hidden talent, he said.

The workshop aimed at providing a creative platform to children and women during the summer vacation.
