Little known fact about ghastly mishap

It was two girls travelling in another car with their family who first informed Harikrishna of the accident

December 07, 2014 11:38 pm | Updated 11:38 pm IST - HYDERABAD:

Nandamuri Harikrishna was incidentally the first person to call his son Janakiram after he met with the accident without realising the fate of his son. Mr. Harikrishna called up apparently to enquire about his journey when two girls picked up the phone and informed him about the accident. The girls were travelling along with their family in a different car that was right behind the ill-fated car. Seeing the accident and some villagers gathered there they got down out of curiosity.

As they checked Janakiram’s wallet in the dash board to identify him little did they realise that he was Harikrishna’s son.

The TDP membership card had his name but only after checking the driving licence they realised who he was. Even as they were grappling with the phone came the call from Mr. Harikrishna. They informed him about the accident .

Kodad Circle Inspector M. Sridhar Reddy said the two girls were there till the body was shifted and even went to the hospital along with their family.
