KITS releases results of B.Tech courses

Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, an autonomous institution, has released the results of B.Tech courses.

KITS secretary Captain V. Lakshmikantha Rao released the results of B.Tech fourth semester on Saturday. He said 77 per cent of students from various engineering branches such as civil, mechanical, electronics and communication, electronics and instrumentation, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering and information technology cleared the examination.

There were 260 final year students from various disciplines who had been placed in various reputed companies on campus placements during 2015-16 academic year.

The Controller of Examinations, K. Rajanarender Reddy, said those who wanted to apply for revaluation should do so through www. kitsw.ac.in on or before May 16.

Principal K. Guru Raj, Additional Controller B. Kiran Kumar, PRO D. Prabhakara Chary, Superintendent Venkateshwrlu, Ravi and others were present.
