For one-year-old Sriman, it’s literally a rebirth. Help came from none other than Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

Devasani Sriman, son of Hanuman and Maheswari, has been suffering from liver problem since his birth and required a transplantation surgery. Hanuman runs a printing press in Gajwel, the constituency headquarters being represented by the Chief Minister. The boy’s parents contacted several doctors and Dr. Mohammad Rela of Kokilaben Hospital agreed to conduct liver transplantation at Global Hospital in Hyderabad. Presently, the boy is undergoing treatment in the hospital. Sriman’s condition was reported by the media, based on which Mr. Rao responded.

The amount was sanctioned from the Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF), and Collector P. Venkataram Reddy went to the hospital and handed over the cheque to the boy’s parents. They thanked the Chief Minister for the timely help.
