Jana Reddy to be Protem Speaker

: Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader K. Jana Reddy, who is the senior most member of Telangana Assembly, will be the Protem Speaker of the House for its maiden session commencing on June 9.

He will be administered oath of office by Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan on the same day, before the commencement of the session.

Seven-time MLA

Mr. Jana Reddy is a seven-time MLA from Nalgonda district. He will administer the oath to the newly-elected MLAs of Telangana Assembly and will chair the House till the election of Speaker.
