Yadagirigutta earns Rs. 20.40 lakh in a single day

Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy temple, Yadagirigutta saw a huge turnout of devotees on Sunday.

The temple earned Rs. 20.40 lakh from all its income sources. According to executive officer, N. Geetha, the temple earned Rs. 6.27 lakh from prasadam sales, Rs. 5.38 lakh from darshan ticket sales, Rs. 2.15 lakh from main booking, Rs. 1.80 lakh from enquiry, Rs. 1.50 lakh from other ticket sales and the rest from other sources.

Since thousands of devotees from across the State arrived at the temple, they have to wait in queue lines for at least four to five hours to have darshan of the presiding deities.
