Hard work is the secret of success for students said I Yuga Company Chief Executive Officer Akula Rajith Kumar at the ‘Placement Day, Parent-Teacher Meet and the function for bidding farewell to the outgoing Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science (KITS) students of B.Tech on Sunday.

Training and Placement Corporate Office of the college organised function and KITS Warangal Alumni Association (KITSWAA) president Mr. Rajith Kumar said addressing the students.

After joining the company the students should remember two important things. The first one is leadership development and second is behaviour at work station.

Sri Ram Sagar Project Superintendent Z. Srinivas and an alumnus of KITS-W said “We have been transforming knowledge and sharing our technical experience giving guest lectures for the development of students”.

P. Narayana Reddy, treasurer KITS Warangal, said that there were 258 students selected in various multinational companies as software engineers and engineers in core fields.

Eighty four multinational companies visited the KITS Campus as part of placement drive during this academic year. “The students should remember that strength is your power and weakness is your death”, he added.

According to College Director Y. Manohar, the KITS is a temple of learning for technical education. “We have been training the students for the developing leadership qualities, technical skills, soft skills and self confidence from the beginning of first year,” he added.
