In a heinously criminal incident at Bellampally town, a four-year-old girl was raped by an 18-year-old youth on Saturday. According to police, the accused is a neighbour of the victim and committed the offence in his house at Radagamballa Basti in the town. Police has registered a case and is searching for the accused.
