Counselling for cops on stress management

Experts from Institute of National Education, Nagpur conducted counselling for police personnel on how to overcome stress in work at the District Police Office here on Monday. A number of police officers including the Superintendent of Police S. Chandrashekar Reddy attended the programme. Speaking on the occasion, Raghu Tate from the INE, said that policemen were susceptible to diseases due to the stress in work and it could be overcome by observing simple techniques and medicine free therapies.
