Case against FB account creator

The Karimnagar Three Town police have registered a criminal case against a Facebook account creator for posting derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also insulting the National Flag.

Following a complaint lodged by BJP town general secretary Bethi Mahender Reddy, Karimnagar Three town inspector Sadanandam registered an FIR no 137/2016 case under IPC sections 153 and 504 and investigating. Mahender Reddy stated in his complaint that the Facebook account named as “Amim Akbarnagar MIM” was posting insulting and derogatory comments against the Prime Minister. - Special Correspondent
