Bodybuilding competition for physically-challenged

Around 500 contestants from different parts of the country are participating in the two-day championship

The sixth junior, master and physically-challenged national-level Bodybuilding Championship began on an exciting note at Sri Bhakta Ramadasu Kalakshetram here on Saturday.

Body builders from various States flexed their muscles in various striking poses under different weight categories, leaving the audience spellbound in the preliminary rounds of the championship held on the inaugural day.

Around 500 contestants from different parts of the country are participating in the two-day championship being organised by the Indian Bodybuilders Federation, according to the organisers.

Khammam MLA Puvvada Ajay Kumar inaugurated the two-day championship earlier in the day.
