Revenue services in Adilabad district were hit on Monday following a strike by employees of the department protesting the attack on Bheemini Tahsildar Devanand by a sarpanch and interference by Telangana Rashtra Samithi cadres in official matters. The protesters staged a demonstration at the District Collectorate demanding the arrest of Waddadi Ashok, the sarpanch of Nayakampet, for manhandling the Tahsildar.
