Accused in investments cases appear in Hyderabad Special Court

Several accused persons in 11 quid pro quo investments cases against YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, including India Cements MD N. Srinivasan, former Home Minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy and Dalmia Cements CMD Puneeth Dalmia appeared in the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases here on Tuesday.

After marking their attendance Judge N. Balayogi posted the cases to November 20 for next hearing. First accused in all the cases Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, former ministers Mopidevi Venkataramana, Dharmana Prasada Rao, J.Geetha Reddy and several others did not attend the court.

Those appeared in the court include: V. Vijay Sai Reddy, Nimmagadda Prasad, Penna Prathap Reddy, Sajjala Diwakar Reddy, A. Ayodhyarami Reddy, IAS officers M. Samuel, B.Sambob and others.
