Special arrangements have been put in place to ease effects of hot weather during the TRS plenary session to be held at Cherukuri Gardens here on Wednesday.

With temperature hovering over 43 degree Celsius, the organisers have installed over 50 air-coolers and several air-conditioning systems, besides water sprinklers on the premises of the garden, which is surrounded by mango groves.

Adequate water and butter milk sachets have also been kept ready at the venue to quench the thirst of the participants .

The organisers have made arrangements to serve food and snacks to over 10,000 persons at Cherukuri Gardens.

Wide array of dishes

A wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items, including a variety of sweets, have been included in the menu to suit every taste, the TRS sources said.

Trained volunteers clad in pink t-shirts will be deployed at the venue to serve water, buttermilk and food to the delegates during the daylong plenary session.
