The personnel of She Team arrested 12 youths on charge of creating a nuisance at girls hostels and were given counselling in the presence of their parents. It was learnt that some youth for the past few days have been causing trouble and acting objectionably with girls attending the colleges and staying at hostels at Kishanpura area in Hanamkonda. The victims of eve teasing have lodged a complaint with police by sending an SMS to Warangal police Commissionerate’s ‘WhatsApp number: 9491089257.
The She Team personnel swung into action and arrested 12 youths late on Friday night. They were identified as Vangala Vinay Reddy, Kurumilla Sai, Katika Ranjith, Ita Dileep, A Aravind, Pendli Vinay, Bhukya Kranti, Dasari Harikrishna, Ila Rahul, K Mahesh, M Purnakar and Mohammed Asif.
