100k Digithon poster released

Following the digital footsteps of the State Government, the district administration is keen on introducing and making the residents aware of the importance of digital literacy. District Collector K. Surendra Mohan after releasing an awareness poster ‘100K Digithon’ here said such initiatives will encourage citizens to perform digital transactions. Supported by the Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA), its members would train members through digital classroom sessions, he said. It would train 500 digital teachers in the district till September 9, who would further pass on the awareness lessons to others. ‘T-Wallet’ – the digital wallet of the State would be a handy application to transact in all government offices, mee seva centres, they said.
