Team Anna on Saturday denied any rift in it over remarks attributed to key member Arvind Kejriwal on colleague Kiran Bedi's travel bills in a TV interview.
“There is no resentment. For me, the cause of the Jan Lokpal is bigger than issues/persons,” she told The Hindu from Jamshedpur. “I do not doubt Arvind's intentions. But because he has limited information, he could have asked the interviewer to check up with me on the subject.”On Friday, she had tweeted: “Arvind has informed me that it's a spin for a purpose.”
Mr. Kejriwal, who is at Ralegan Siddhi to meet Anna Hazare, tweeted that there were no differences with Ms. Bedi. “Despite all efforts from vested interests to create a rift, we are all together like a rock. ”
