VIT University is already offering an M.Tech programme in automotive engineering with ARAI, and the programme has a similar concept where the first year of study is at VIT University and the second year at ARAI. The response to the M.Tech. programme prompted VIT and ARAI to extend their cooperation to the B.Tech. programme.
