Three surrender in murder case

Three persons surrendered before the police on Monday in connection with the murder of a 22-year-old driver from Malliakarai in Attur Taluk. V. Senthilkumar, the driver, was missing since November 7. His father Varadarajan lodged a complaint with the Malliakarai police on November 23. On Monday, Senthilkumar’s co-workers Selvakumar (24), his brother Prabhu (23) and Arul (24) surrendered before the police. Inquiries revealed that Senthilkumar had an illicit relationship with Selvakumar’s wife. Irked, Selvakumar along with Prabhu and Arul took him to Bandagapadi village, murdered him and threw the body into a well on November 7.
