The Tirupur Export Knitwear Industrial Complex (TEKIC), an industrial estate promoted by Tirupur industrialists, has been adjudged the second best Responsible Indian BMOs (business membership organisation) in industrial clusters at the national level. The award was instituted by Foundation for MSME clusters under the European Union project scaling up sustainable development of MSME clusters.
TEKIC president K. Mathrachalam received the award from the Secretary to the Union Ministry of MSME, Madhav lal, recently.
