Hosur Municipality has warned of action against tax defaulters if the outstanding tax is left unpaid by March 31 of this year. According to a press release from Hosur Municipality, outstanding dues payable towards property tax, industry tax, and water tax have to be paid by the close of this financial year. Legally sanctioned action will be initiated against defaulters that shall include hypothecation, and water disconnection. Special counters have been opened to collect outstanding tax, the release said.
