TAMBRAS honours students

More than 100 students, who secured more than 90 per cent marks in the Plus Two and SSLC public examinations, were honoured by the Tamil Nadu Brahmins Association (TAMBRAS) at a function held in the city on Saturday.

S. Sri Ram, All India topper in the Chartered Accountants final examinations, was also felicitated.

Rev. Nora, Principal, Cluni Matriculation Higher Secondary School, K. Vimala, Principal, Saradha Girls Matriculation Higher Secondary School, S. Sriraman, Correspondent, Gokulanatha Hindu Mahajana Higher Secondary School, R. Bhaskar, president, Rotary Club of Salem Mid-Town, spoke felicitating the outstanding students.

K. Sairam, president, Salem district unit of the TAMBRAS, presided over the meeting. R. Srinivasan, general secretary of the TAMBRAS, also spoke.
