C.V. Vinod has taken over as the General Manager, BSNL, Thanjavur SSA. He will hold additional charge as the General Manager of the Cauvery River Delta Area, Kumbakonam, as well.
An officer of the Indian Telecommunications Service 1985 batch, he has over 29 years of experience in telecom sector including international exposure while working in Saudi Arabia for four years on deputation to the Telecommunications Consultants India Limited. Mr. Vinod said that the focus would be on improving operational efficiency and customer delight and contribute to the progress on the Digital India programme.
