In another reshuffle of bureaucrats, the government on Monday announced the transfer and posting of IAS officers.

Swaran Singh, Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Land Administration is the new SIPCOT Chairman and Managing Director in place of N. Sundaradevan.

Shiv Das Meena, Secretary, Special Programme Implementation Department, is now posted as the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in place of Hemant Kumar Sinha who has been posted as Director Anna Institute of Management.

P. Senthilkumar, Special Secretary, Finance, has been posted as Transport Commissioner in place of Sudalaikannan and Anil Meshram, Controller of Examinations, TNPSC, as Member Secretary, State Planning Board in place of K. Dhanavel. Mr. Dhanavel will take over as Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation.

K. Gopal, former Secretary, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme, is the new Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Textbook Corporation in place of Apurva Varma who has been transferred.

Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, who returns from deputation, will be the Secretary of the Special Programme Implementation Department while K. Nagarajan, former Dindigul Collector is posted as Deputy Secretary, Social Welfare Department and Nutritious Meal Programme Department in place of A. Suganthi.

Orders posting Mr. Nagarajan as Deputy Commissioner (R&F) Corporation of Chennai have been cancelled and C. Vijayarajakumar has been posted in his place.

Ms. Suganthi will take over as Managing Director of the TN Adi Dravidar Housing Development Corporation and Vikram Kapur is the new Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board in place of C. V. Sankar.

S. Sivashanmugaraja, former Kancheepuram Collector, posted as Deputy Secretary, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department, L. Sitherasenan, Tiruvallur Sub-Collector as Additional Director of Agriculture and D. Jagannathan, Ranipet Sub-Collector as Joint Commissioner of Municipal Administration.
