The District Employment Exchange got a shot in the arm when a dozen of the youth, including women, who participated in the free coaching camp for those appearing for the direct selection of Sub-Inspector of Police, conducted by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board, came out successful in the written examinations and the physical efficiency test.
These candidates have to clear one more hurdle in the form of the final personal interview, S. Vinoth, District Employment Officer, said.
Five of the successful candidates of the SI selection examinations – Amirthalingam, Prabakaran, Bharathi Raja, Durka Devi and Monika, were present at the inaugural of the free coaching camp for the TNPSC Group 1 examinations.
