Under the farm mechanisation mission scheme, the administration has proposed subsidy for tractors for Adidravidar farmers. According to a release, under the scheme, for 2014-15, 12 tractors are proposed to be disbursed. Interested farmers are required to apply to Executive Engineer, Agricultural engineering department, Collectorate (04342-230948); Assistant executive engineer, agricultural engineering department, Collectorate; or to the office of assistant executive engineer, agricultural engineering department, Harur (04346-221316).
