Students of same school bag three CBSE district ranks

Students of Pushpalata Vidya Mandir, Palayamkottai, bagged the first three ranks in the district in the CBSE Plus Two examination, the result of which was declared on Saturday.

Surya Priya Ulaganathan came first with 482 marks, Rebecca Sharon secured the second place with 480 marks, and Anantharaman scored 478 marks to bag the third place. Of the 36 students who appeared for the final examination from the school, 10 in English, six in Mathematics, 11 in Physics, 10 in Chemistry, 13 in Biology, four in Computer Science, seven in Economics, eight in Business Studies, six in Accountancy and one in Informatics Practices secured 95 marks and above.

School correspondent Pushpalata Pooranan, Senior Principal Pushpaveni Ayyappan and teachers congratulated the students.
