The seven detained were M. Sadasivam (49), A. Senthilvel (48), P. Uthaman (47), S. Senthil Kumar (40), T. Sivashankar (30), S. Kangaraj (49) and T. Anand (43). Mr. Periasamy said that Sadasivan and Uthaman hunted the deer at Suduvanparai, a place located on the banks of River Nallar, which is also outside the ATR area.
