Seminar held

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organised a continuing professional education seminar on ‘Form WW Analysis and Tamil Nadu VAT Act Rules’ in the city recently.

M. Ravi, Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Salem, was the chief guest.

J. Murali and R. Sankaran, both Chartered Accountants from Chennai, were the resource persons and they handled different sessions.

The seminar discussed various aspects of Tamil Nadu VAT Act and also important caluses in Form WW to be filled by December 31. The meeting also discussed the technicalities and issues involved.
