The immunisation booths will function from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. All children aged up to 5 will be given the second round of drops of polio vaccine, the first round of two drops of the vaccine was given on April 2. All newborn children and those immunised recently should be given polio drops on campaign days. Children of migrant labourers too will be given the vaccine.

Finger marking is done for all vaccinated children, which will help identify those missed out. Private paediatricians will administer polio drops in their clinics on the campaign days. As many as 1,652 transit booths will function in bus stands, railway stations, and airports.
