Saritha S. Nair and R.C. Ravi (accused in solar panel scam of Kerala) were produced before the Judicial Magistrate VI, Karthikeyan, on Friday in connection with the case relating to wind mill investment scam. The magistrate posted the hearing to January 9.

According to prosecution, Thiagarajan, managing director of a textile mill, had preferred a complaint stating that the accused, posing as representatives of International Consultancy and Management Services, took Rs. 26 lakh between May and December 2008 promising to help in setting up a wind mill at the textile mill. They neither installed the wind mill nor returned the money.
