Distribution of application forms for joining nine para-medical courses commenced at Tirunelveli Medical College on Monday.
Dean, TVMC Hospital K. Sithy Athiya Munavarah formally inaugurated the sale in the presence of Revathi Balan, Head, Department of Microbiology.
Dr. Sithy said the TVMC had received 1,500 application forms for joining B.Sc. (Nursing, Optometry), Bachelor of Physiotherapy, B.Pharm., which would be on sale to aspirants between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at a cost of Rs.400 while it would be given free of cost to the SC / ST students on production of community certificate till August 4 as the last date for submission of application is August 5.
