PMK releases candidates' list for four LS constituencies

The Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) on Monday released a list of candidates for four Lok Sabha constituencies in Tamil Nadu and the lone Lok Sabha seat in Puducherry.

The party has also formed a new alliance which is named as Social Democratic Alliance. PMK founder S. Ramdaoss, who released the list told reporters that party president G.K. Mani would contest from Krishnagiri constituency. Former minister of state for Railways, R. Velu will contest from Arakkonam and another former minister A.K. Moorthy has been allotted the party ticket for Arani Lok Sabha constituency.

While the PMK youth wing secretary R. Arul will seek election to the Lok Sabha from Salem, former Puducherry MLA R.K.R. Anantharaman will contest from the lone Puduchcerry Lok Sabha seat.
