A public interest litigation petition has been filed in the Madras High Court challenging the Tamil Nadu government's decision to shift the Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram, to the DPI complex at Nungambakkam.
A similar petition has been filed by R.Prabhakaran, also an advocate.
