Vandana Karki will be the Observer (Police) for the five Assembly constituencies of Nedungadu, Tirunallar, Karaikal South, Karaikal North and Neravy T.R. Pattinam. He will meet representatives of political parties and voters between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the Arasalar Guest House on Beach Road. Akilesh Gupta will be the Observer Expenditure for the Nedungadu, Tirunallar, and Karaikal North Assembly constituencies. He can be contacted by dialling 9489126960. Sanjay Bangartale will be the Observer Expenditure for the Karaikal South and Neravy T.R. Pattinam. He can be contacted by dialling 9487361950. Both Observers for Expenditure will listen to poll-related violations at the office of the District Collector between 9.30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
