Magistrate now editor of law journal

A magistrate who was recently arrested in criminal case and released on bail, on Wednesday assumed charge as an assistant editor of Tamil Law Journal. The journal office functions on the Madras High Court premises.

Thangaraj was arrested on June 29 based on a complaint by a woman Sub-Inspector alleging that he had cheated her after promising to marry her.
