The Kongunadu Jananayaka Katchi (KJK), a splinter group of the erstwhile Kongu Nadu Munnetra Kazhagam, is heading for a merger with the BJP.

KJK president G.K. Nagaraj told The Hindu on Monday said the merger would enlarge the area of operation, strengthen the hands of “good governance” and ensure implementation of schemes for the welfare of the western region.
