Karunanidhi condoles death of Vasuki Murugesan

Chief Minister and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam president M. Karunanidhi on Friday condoled the death of Vasuki Murugesan, DMK Karur district secretary and former Member of Legislative Assembly.

In an elegy, Mr. Karunanidhi stated that Ms. Murugesan was a front-ranking woman leader of the party and a talented and brave woman. K. Anbazhagan, general secretary of the party, said the party flag would fly at half mast for three days and urged the party members not to hold functions during this period.
