Department of Communication of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University will organise the 10th edition of its ‘Karisal Thirai Vizhaa 2015’ for three days from February 2.
Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, Head, Department of Communication, P. Govindaraju said students of communication from more than 50 colleges in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karnataka would participate in this event, being organised by Mano Media Club, to showcase their talents in a range of competitions including best budding journalist, graphic design, media quiz, etc.
The highlight of the second day would be the photography exhibition. “Besides providing a right platform to exhibit their talents in various media-related competitions, this event will also give the students an opportunity to interact with invitees from the media industry,” he said.
