Interview for sub-ordinate posts in courts held

A large number of candidates appeared for the personal interview being conducted to fill the vacancies of sub-ordinate posts in various courts across the district which commenced on the district court premises here on Saturday.

A total of 54 posts of senior bailim, junior bailim, office assistants and watchmen are lying vacant in District and Sessions Court and 48 other courts in the district.

According to district court sources, eight special teams headed by judicial officers in the rank of District Judge conducted the personal interview.

A total of 13,937 applications were received for the above vacancies and the personal interview would continue till April 21, the source added.
