G. Subbulakshmi, Superintendent of Police, honoured three Special Sub-Inspectors attached to Salem District Police, for their blemishless service for the past 25 years. The SP presented a cash award of Rs. 2,000 each along with certificate of appreciation to Special Sub-Inspectors P. Lakshmanan, P. Govindaraj and R. Paulraj for rendering effective service without any punishment for 25 years at a brief function held here on Tuesday. K. Rajeswari, Administrative Officer of Salem District Police Office, was present.
