He was booked under sections 143 and 188 of IPC under which his father and PMK founder, Dr.S.Ramdoss, PMK president, G.K.Mani, Vanniyar Sangam president and MLA, J.Guru, former Union Minister, A.K.Moorthy, former MLA, K.Armugham and the sound and amplifier service provider, Ganesan of Chennai, were arrested by the Mamallapuram police recently. Dr.Anbumani faced similar charges.
The Mamallapuram police registered a case against Mr.Guru a few days ago on charges of making provocative speeches and indulging in acts of criminal intimidation of women or acts intended to insult the modesty of women at this year’s Chithirai Muzhunilavu Peruvizha.
