Already one of the top 10 automobile hubs in the world, Chennai, that produces three cars every minute, will become the world’s largest car manufacturing hub with the signing of MoUs with auto majors at GIM, the Chief Minister said.
She also assured the investors that the statutory clearances for the investments finalised at GIM would be accorded within a period of 30 days from the date of application with all supporting documentation to the Guidance Bureau’s single window clearance facility.
