Four Tamil Nadu fishermen were attested on Tuesday by Sri Lankan Navy personnel when they were fishing near Katchativu on charges of fishing in their territorial waters.
The arrested fishermen were taken to Jaffna, Fishermen’s Association president Sagayam said.
