Five killed as buses collide

Five persons were killed and 28 injured when two buses collided near Anthiyur on the Bhavani-Anthiyur road on Tuesday night.

The accident occurred around 9.20 p.m.

According to police, one bus was operated by a private garment unit and the other by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation.
